The Items Table report provides the most granular view available in WBudget, displaying every item registered within each invoice.

Detailed Item View​

Each row represents an individual item linked to an invoice, including:

  • Invoice reference
  • Client and company
  • Item type and category
  • Quantity and dimensions
  • Unit value, discounts, and totals

Key Characteristics​

  • This table is read-only
  • Data reflects invoices exactly as issued
  • Items cannot be edited from this report
  • Ideal for deep analysis, audits, and exports

This report ensures full traceability between invoices and their registered items, supporting data consistency and audit requirements.
